Trilogy, in joint venture with venture capitalist Blenheim Chalcot, acquired the 40,000 sqft Grade II Listed Victorian warehouse out of receivership. We had the vision to reposition the building for occupiers from the knowledge economy.

We worked with Studio Tilt to rethink and redesign the office space suitable for future pioneers, creatives and start-ups to thrive in a flexible work environment. New communal and collaborative works spaces, café amenity were introduced.

In combination with our venture partner, we developed the concept of Accelerate Places, an incubator service office provider giving members access to events, venture capital and additional corporate services to assist with the growth of our innovative tenants.

Having repositioned the asset towards the knowledge economy and fully let, the building was successfully sold to Standard Life in 2018.
