Anne-Marie joins Trilogy from the third sector, where she has worked developing award-winning wellbeing programmes.  She brings a focus on community-building and engagement, developing connection and ownership around the places we manage. Underpinned by a strong theory of change, her work proactively grows our social  ‘return on investment’.
