Anne-Marie Payne

With a background in the third sector, Anne-Marie Payne brings extensive experience in social impact, partnerships, and public engagement. Her focus at Republic is developing projects to enable the university occupiers to fulfil their civic mission ambitions – underpinned by our bespoke SUPPORT to THRIVE approach.  

Her work ensures that people living near to the Republic Campus have a meaningful connection to it – whether through English language classes, women’s arts projects, community celebrations or facilitating entrepreneur development. She also works to develop strategic partnership projects that build social capital locally.  

Anne-Marie is also an accomplished writer, with work published in The Sunday Times, The Guardian, Kerrang!, and The Face.
