Trilogy Welcome James Heather To The Team

Trilogy Real Estate LLP, the value-add investment and development business founded by Robert Wolstenholme, has today announced the appointment of James Heather as development consultant.

With a background in construction management and project development, James has almost 30 years’ experience in delivering major schemes in Manchester and across the UK. He has been brought into the 10-strong Trilogy team as a development consultant to provide additional delivery resource across the business’s portfolio of assets.

Prior to joining Trilogy, James was development director for U+I leading the team that secured approval of the Strategic Regeneration Framework and £23m grant funding for the development of the Mayfield Park. Prior to that he delivered projects in Manchester for Argent including One St Peter’s Square. He joins Trilogy on a part-time basis alongside a continuing role with Transport for Greater Manchester.

Trilogy owns and manages Great Northern Warehouse in central Manchester, a mixed use 6.5-acre site comprising a grade II listed warehouse, large leisure operators, a range of independent F&B businesses, retailers and a public square. The team is now looking at the future of the Great Northern site, exploring what sort of neighbourhood might be created.

Since its formation in 2015, Trilogy has specialised in transforming unloved assets to create inspiring and positively impactful mixed-use developments. Experts at property at the nexus of the knowledge, digital and creative sectors, its project, Republic, at London’s East India Dock, has become a ground-breaking university and education campus adjacent to Canary Wharf.
