Alphabeta: Property Week's "Deal of the Year" 2016
Alphabeta, from the same team bringing you East India Dock, wins big at the Property Awards 2016. The sale of the 240,000 sqft property on Finsbury Square to Sinarmas Land was the culmination of years of dedication from a team consisting of Trilogy's Robert Wolstenholme, Studio RHE, creative consultants Simon Turnbull and Andrew Hale, CF Commercial and Allsop.
Along with renowned designer Tom Hingston, this team will be the creative drive behind the redevelopment of East India Dock with details to come in the following weeks.
