The Trilogy 12 Days of Christmas!

As we reflect on a busy year at Trilogy, we are celebrating our own 12 days of Christmas!

One bursary to support a student through his property degree. Welcome to Remi – we wish you the best of luck in your first year at Nottingham Trent University!

Two successful planning applications – one to create outstanding offices and residential homes at the Great Northern Warehouse, and the other to create student accommodation, social housing and a data centre at the Republic Education Campus.

Three leases signed at The AMP - our newest education facility in Whitechapel: Nottingham Trent University’s Confetti, Access Creative; Confetti; and LCCA.

Four fabulous team members welcomed into the Trilogy core team – bringing extensive expertise in development, investment, student housing and placemaking. 

Five new education deals being progressed – watch this space – 2024 looks exciting!

Seven education institutions now have their home at Republic – so the campus is thronging with 20,000 students!

Eight impact leases given to emergent change-makers in The Greenhouse innovation coworking space at Republic. 

Nine placemaking staff delivering across our assets – running events, animating our estates, cultivating arts and creativity, and delivering projects which make a real difference to our neighbouring communities.   

Ten social impact grants made at the Great Northern Warehouse – to run community activities in our Village Hall – it’s now fully booked every day with everything from men’s groups to choirs to art classes. 

Eleven speaker opportunities delivered at education and ESG events by our core team. 

Twelve months to turn around The AMP from purchase to practical completion – with the first students through the door in September.
